The Truth About Human Growth Hormone…

Can It Really Be Described As “The Fountain Of Youth?”

“Growth hormone is the only anti-aging treatment known that actually makes people look younger.

Even creams and lotions that contain antioxidants like vitamins E, A, or C, retinoic acid, or fruit acids… do not stop the skin from sagging and sinking. [Only] growth hormone therapy can take a decade or more off your face.” Dr. Ronald Klatz President, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine

“Hi I’m Brye Bishop, and I’m really excited to bring you this information, because, not so long ago it’s exactly what I was looking for… I’m 51 this year and I’m willing to bet most 30 year olds will be left in my dust! No kidding… HGH therapy really is a powerful tool, so please read on… and if you feel inclined to… try it for yourself… thank me later…”

HGH In Plain English…

Human Growth Hormone – HGH – is a naturally occurring hormone* produced in the pea-sized  pituitary gland at the base of the brain, this hormone is then released into the bloodstream where it’s absorbed by the liver.

( A hormone is defined as a chemical released by a cell or a gland in one part of the body that sends out messages that affect cells in other parts of the body, either positively or negatively.)

The liver then converts HGH from the bloodstream into several growth factors, IGF-1 (Insulin-like growth factor 1) for example – natural proteins responsible for regulating and managing the growth of almost every cell in the body, controlling metabolism and cell regeneration.

Research indicates that growth hormone is the most important anti-ageing hormone in the body and helps protect against all elements of ageing.

Growth hormone secretions reach their peak during adolescence, as their primary goal is as you can imagine – Growth!

However  HGH is also essential for cell renewal and youthful characteristics in adult life too, and diminishing levels are found to be directly responsible for many of the most common signs of aging.

We all produce HGH – typically in short bursts during deep sleep, (partly why getting enough sleep is so important for health) – but levels decline naturally with age.

As we reach our 30′s declining HGH levels  trigger what known as somatopause (a gradual, progressive decrease in growth hormone production), this in part is what drives the aging process… along with an increase of stress related hormones such as cortisol.

Excess quantities of cortisol produce negative effects… breaking down tissue, suppressing the immune system, raising blood pressure, inhibiting collagen formation to name but a few – conversely, elevated levels of HGH actually promote tissue repair and renewal.

During somatopause you put on fat, lose muscle, become easily fatigued in short, you exhibit all the classic signs of ” middle age spread” – by age of 60 most people have approximately 80% less HGH in their system than when they were in their 20’s…

Sagging skin, wrinkles, graying hair, muscle loss, weight gain, lack of energy, diminished sexual desire are all symptoms of naturally declining levels of HGH.

Often referred to as the “Youth Hormone” and even “The Fountain Of Youth” …elevated levels of Growth Hormone  are what make you feel young again, HGH is what gives us our vigor, youth, vitality and strength and can even reverse the effects of aging, keeping you looking and feeling better longer.

What effect does HGH have on the body?

HGH is known to be essential for tissue repair, muscle growth, cell renewal, healing, bone strength, brain function, mental and physical strength, energy and metabolism and more, In fact HGH plays a extremely important role in almost every phase of our lives.

Growth Hormone production has been linked.

  • Increased lean muscle mass
  • A decrease in body fat
  • Increased energy levels
  • Improved athletic performance
  • Increase stamina and sex drive
  • Better skin elasticity and tone
  • A reduction in wrinkles
  • More restful sleep
  • Strengthen cardiac output
  •  Improved mood and brain function
  • Menopause
  • Maintenance of  healthy cholesterol levels
  • Growth and repair of body tissue
  • Improved immune function
  • Cell renewal and replacement
  • Enzyme production
  • Increased Bone strength

“By replenishing your supply of human growth hormone, you can recover your vigor, health, looks and sexuality. For the first time in human history, we can intervene in the aging process, restore many aspects of youth, resist disease, substantially improve the quality of life, perhaps extend the lifespan itself. The “Fountain of Youth” lies within the cells of each of us. All you need to do is release it.” Dr. Ronald Klatz, President of the American
Academy of Anti-Aging medicine and author of Grow Young with HGH.

Is supplemental HGH available?

There are basically four ways to elevate HGH levels – But I’m going to rule out one from the very start, which is to inject it. I’m not even going to cover the subject here as apart from being ridiculously expensive, it goes against what I believe to be safe and sustainable – if you want to go this route please look elsewhere.
The recommended ways of elevating HGH levels in the body and thereby stimulating cell renewal are Homeopathic, Anaerobic and with natural Releasers. Personally I recommend you use all three…
Homeopathic: Homeopathy is an approach to healing prescribed according to the axiom that “like cures like.” For example, in traditional medicine a flu shot containing tiny amounts of the flu virus may used to prevent flu.
Anaerobic: Anaerobic exercise – any intense activity in which oxygen is used up more quickly than the body is able to replenish it – such as sprinting, can help stimulate the body’s hormone release system.
Releasers: HGH releasers are organic agents such as amino acid combinations including L-Arginine – L-Lysine- L-Ornithine and L-Glutamine for example that stimulate the body’s own natural production of HGH from the pituitary gland as previously detailed above.

Is HGH supplementation Safe?

What’s common to all three of these approaches is that they are 100% safe and sustainable. By employing any one or all three, you are effectively stimulating your body’s own natural production of growth hormone, elevating HGH levels naturally.
Previously the benefits of elevated growth hormone levels were only available to those able to afford the high price and prepared to risk the possible side effects of regular HGH injections – but times have changed – Now worldwide, thousands of people are turning to HGH to tap into this “amazing fountain of youth” to look, feel, and perform at their best without the need for painful injections or costly, inconvenient prescriptions.
As leading anti ageing authority Dr. Nicolas Perricone puts it…

.
“Another very new and exciting strategy for growth hormone supplementation is to use amino acids or small peptides to trigger the body’s own release of HGH from our pituitary. This is a much safer method because we have normal feedback mechanisms and controls over a hormone when it is being produced by our own bodies. “

Stimulating the body’s own natural production of HGH can effectively remove fat, add muscle, elevate mood and libido and take years off your appearance, what’s more because the body will always resist producing compounds that it deems harmful to itself, elevating your HGH levels in this way is also 100% safe.

there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my blog. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)
